If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached and in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- First Aid Kits & First Aid Supplies (opened or unopened)
- Fly Repellents and Equine Insect Control Supplements
- Hoof Care products
- All Horse Health Care Products and Supplements
These items are excluded due to their nature as health and consumable products where we cannot ensure product integrity once they leave our facility.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and instructions.
- Package Your Items: Securely package the items in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned items:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method
- Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card or PayPal account statement
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchanges
For exchanges (size, color, or style):
- Follow the same process as returns
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the original product
- You’ll be responsible for additional shipping costs if the exchange item costs more than the original purchase

Damaged or Defective Items
